I understand you are the manager responsible for the car-finance.net team. I just wanted to send you a quick note to say how impressed I have been with the service from car-finance.net and in particular two members of your team, Stephen Titley and Ange Birks.

Firstly the product offered an interest rate competitive with anything else I could find in the market. The speed of the service was excellent and the responsiveness of the staff very swift with everything turned around in a matter of 2/3 days. Stephen/Ange as a team couldn’t have done any more to help me and they even circumnavigated a problem with the dealer. I understand from Stephen I can earn £50 as a referral fee for recommending you to others and I will certainly be doing that.

I also found your GAP Insurance very competitive as well so I have also taken out a policy for that and again, Ange was able to help me with the application very swiftly.

Excellent and efficient service from inception, all completed and dealer paid out within 72hrs.

I was sceptical at first that an Internet Broker could deliver what was being promised on the website but both the rate & price indicated on my finance deal were achieved saving me 2% off the Dealership APR.

The online Finance calculator assisted me by calculating in advance what I could afford before negotiating the best deal on the car desired.

Overall I saved more than £1,000 in Finance charges and reduced the dealership GAP quote by 50%.

Highly recommended.

With regards some feedback, I have found the whole process extremely simple, straight forward, quick and efficient and everyone I have spoken to (yourself and Steve) have been more than helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend you to other people.

I originally tried to buy GAP Insurance on the Website of Car-Finance.net (who my husband and I have used several times in the past) but found that I was unable to get an on-line quote. I telephoned the enquiry number and got a very helpful lady who ran through the salient points of the Insurance and as we had used the services of Car-Finance.net in the past, I agreed without hesitation to use them again. Hence I purchased the GAP Insurance that was required and was extremely pleased with the service I received. Website was every easy to use and price was much cheaper than the dealer (nearly £3,000 or so). There was however a 6 month delay in delivery of the car due to manufacturer delays but once the car had arrived I was kept well informed and all staff I dealt with were extremely helpful.

The guy who managed my finance from start to finish was excellent. He explained everything clearly and kept me posted all the way through, even when the garage were making things difficult (they weren't impressed that I took finance from elsewhere!)

Would recommend to anyone looking to buy another car and will never get finance from the dealer again. The only downside is not being able to finance a BMW through you as this is my husband's preferred car. Hopefully this will change in the future!

"I had used your online calculator to see if my intended purchase was feasible as I had a wait of 9 months for my new car.

When I initially used your calculators, you had the option of a ‘Low Payment Plan’, but when I came to arranging my finances, this option was no longer available.

After a telephone conversation with your Mr. Steven Titley, he worked out several options for me.

My car arrived at the dealers on Friday 19^th March 2010, and was due for my collection on Saturday 27^th March 2010. I rang to speak to Steven on the Friday but he was off that day, instead I spoke to someone else (I think it was Caroline, but not 100% sure) who went through the process on Stevens behalf.

I was kept fully informed throughout the day, and accepted for finance later that day.

Despite the short time frame required, Steven and his team ensure that the funds were in place on time, and the car was picked up as required on the 27^th.

I have spoken to many of my friends and family members and have recommended that any future car purchases, that they use yourselves for any finance requirements.

Interesting I didn’t use the website much at all I got the details of the person I dealt with (Will Thorley) from a forum which related to the car I was buying, he came highly recommended by other people who have used you to arrange finance and I have since passed the recommendation on to other people. I bought an Audi Q5 earlier this month, financed though Car-finance.net. I dealt with Steve Titley.

Overall, the experience was very positive and I will definitely contact you when I replace the car. Steve was very good at the outset, providing quotes quickly and efficiently. He was happy to amend quotes and to provide quotes on several vehicles. Significantly, the rates quoted were substantially cheaper than any other quotes I received. When I had selected the vehicle, he arranged paperwork etc speedily. He also harried the dealer for information and delivery times and managed the transaction very well.

There was a slight hiccup right at the end of the transaction after I had had my security call. The call itself went well and I was told that everything was in place for me to complete the purchase the following day. I had provided PDF copies of all the necessary documents. Following the call, however, Steve contacted me to say he understood that I had been informed that the paperwork needed to re-executed on trade premises, so I needed to do this to allow funds to flow. This seemed like an odd requirement, but it was stranger still that it had been raised earlier.

Aside from that minor issue, the purchase was very smooth I would whole-heartedly recommend Car-finance.net to friends and family.

I've been impressed with Car-finance.net since my first contact with them.

I found the website very useful, as it allowed me to run finance illustrations, and vary the vehicle, mileage etc online very easily. I didnt find another website that allowed me to do this so easily. I quickly received a call from Steve, who ran me through my options and the facilities available, and a month or so later when I was ready to take a finance package, I found the application process straightforward. Queries and emails were responded to promptly and efficiently.

My advisor (Steve Titley) was fantastic and even helped chase the dealer down to get the car ready for the date I wanted; he's a credit to the organisation. I cant fault the service at all - at no time did I feel pressurised by sales tactics or 'hidden' clauses. The finance package was very competitive, and much better than that offered by the dealer.

I would not hesitate to use Car-finance.net again, and have already recommended you to colleagues and friends. First class service to date.

My experience with car-finance.net was exemplary, I was recommended to car-finance.net by a friend who had used you before and I was not disappointed. Your staff were extremely friendly and quick to answer any queries and calls. I also had a slight issue with my bank at the time that needed resolving before finance could be agreed and car-finance.net were extremely accommodating to this and in taking my personal circumstances into account rather than just being a credit score number!

The money was transferred extremely quickly, my documents were received on the Monday and the money was with the garage by Tues afternoon. On the commercial side car-finance.net offered extremely competitive rates undercutting any personal loan I found including my existing provider.

The insurance offered was also extremely competitively priced in fact it undercut a purchase my girlfriend had made through a dealer by over £200!

I would to like thank Zac and in particular Will for their help during my purchase, between the bank, the car garage and car-finance.net, car-finance.net was by far the superior organisation!

Regular phonecalls and emails with updates on were received and everything went through fine. The overall experience with your company was very good. Will was most friendly and helpful in all matters. There are however some disadvatages I would like to outline when using your services.

1. The car is paid for before it is 'signed off' by the customer as being in acceptable condition. Car dealers are cutting corners on valeting and even allowing cars to be realeased with damage. If a car is paid for before the actual delivery there is very little option than to take the car away and argue about poor preperation later. When using dealer finance you can refuse to sign the finance documents until totally happy.

2.If finance documents are released too soon, cars can be paid for before they are ready. Our particular case was that we were waiting for a cherished reg transfer and if my wife released the documents too soon the money would have been paid while she was still waiting for the car. This again puts the car dealer in the strong position. It can also mean that if the car being traded in is on finance you are paying for 2 cars.

I am happy to say none of the 2 issues above affected us when dealing with you but I do realise that other people may not be quite so switched on about the timing of releasing documents.

So 10 out of 10 for overall service but I did see just a couple of potential disadvatages which are really only down to the process.

I would though have no hesitation in using your services or advising others to do so - but watch for the 2 issues above.

To do the same at a dealer they go away into a huddle and come back with a new deal that you don’t know what was done to get the new updated figures.

Car finance.net have some fantastic deals and the Honda Civic I bought is great and much cheaper than any of the dealers I visited could quote. The car is also delivered through a main dealer , Honda in my case, that puts you at ease that you will get a good car.

The communication and paper work is handled fantastic by Carolyn Gilligan and her other colleagues.Fantastic job guys for making it so easy and putting me at ease about buying a car over the internet.Well done again Carolyn.

I was very impressed with the service from start to finish. Zac Hattab was fantastic and certainly not your 'typical' Finance Rep which was refreshing. Obviously he was anxious for the business however he genuinely seemed interested and was knowledgeable - plus not at all pushy.I found the entire process very stress-free and efficient. I applied on the Thursday evening and by 11am Friday had everything approved and Zac on the phone. He even went to the trouble of ringing and finding out more information on a couple of suitable vehicles. In contrast, Black Horse took 4 days to call me back and were your typical 'run of the mill' call centre....which was no problem however you certainly have a more personal touch.

The website is well laid out, informative and gives an extremely accurate estimate of the total cost of financing a specific car, not just a general make or model.

This allows for a direct comparison with other deals available.
